System Development Engineer
Description
Primary Function:
Responsible to support system improvement initiatives for our Smart Factory transformation. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, implementing digital manufacturing tools, and improving automation processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and traceability across production lines. The Process Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions and customer driven practices.

The Process Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions and customer driven practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or any related course/s.
- Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
- Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration).
- Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
